Publications

In 2004, MATRIX published the first volume of the series Contemporary Music in Flanders. Each volume covers one specific genre and consists of a detailed inventory, a major essay, some articles about particular works. The Flanders Music Centre provided volumes 1 to 5 with a CD.

The first 2 volumes are already sold out and will not be reprinted. Free copies of volumes 3 to 6 are available for visitors of the MATRIX centre.
At payment of the shipping costs, the publication can however be sent at home as well. After deposit of 3 euro (outside Belgium: 6 euro; outside Europe: 8 euro) (amounts per book) into account 734-0022981-01 with mention of name/address and message "book symphonic music ", "book ensemble music ", or "book music theatre", the publication will automatically be sent.
